Please make the payment immediately after the purchase and send us the device to be repaired together with the order confirmation (you will receive it after the purchase by email) at our address. After the repair has been completed and the final test has been passed successfully, the product is returned to the delivery address specified in the purchase process. No data is lost during the repair. However, we cannot accept any liability for data loss. If a repair is not possible, we will send the device back to your address unrepaired (e.g. water damage, pins torn from the circuit board, etc.) No costs are then due for the check and you will receive the purchase price for the repair voucher back (We will deduct 4.90 Euro for the return of the unrepaired device from the refund). If further damage to the device is found during the inspection, you will be informed accordingly and can do so. have them repaired as well.
